Gilda Fine Jewelry ships globally. Shipping is free for all products. We ship our products with FedEx, UPS, or DHL.
If you prefer to pick up your shipment from our downtown studio in Toronto, that's also possible. Please select the pickup option at checkout. We will notify you once your order is ready for pickup.
Since each product is made-to-order, it may take around 7 - 12 business days to receive your shipment. We will notify you of any shipping updates.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped. If you have any requests, such as including several orders in one shipment, please let us know at hello@gildabygradiva.com after placing an order with us.
We cover duties and taxes for shipments to USA, Canada, Germany, UK, and Australia. Please note that there may be additional duties and taxes on shipments to other countries that are not listed above. Gilda does not have any control over these fees, and we cannot advise as to what the costs will be as they vary by country.
Returns are accepted within 14 days of the delivery date. All returning items should be shipped to our downtown studio in Toronto, Canada.
A full refund (except for custom orders) or a merchandise credit on an eGift Card will be made once the jewelry is inspected and approved by Gilda's fine jewelry experts. After 14 days, we will no longer be able to accept returns.
Note: We will notify you via the phone number / e-mail you provided on your order when your jewelry is ready for pickup.
