Refund policy

Returns
Returns are accepted within 14 days of the receipt of your order. All returning items should be shipped to the downtown studio in Toronto, Canada. A full refund (except for custom designs such as rings) or a merchandise credit on an eGift Card will be made once the jewelry is inspected and approved by Gilda's Fine Jewelry Experts. After 14 days, we will no longer be able to accept returns.

To initiate a return, contact us at hello@gildabygradiva.com. We’ll then send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return within 14 days of the receipt date will not be accepted. The buyer is responsible for return postage costs and any loss in value (as agreed upon with the seller) if an item isn’t returned in its original condition.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Do not hesitate to get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your product. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. If you would like to exchange your product(s), please start a return following the above steps.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and reviewed your return and let you know if the refund was approved. You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept a refund for custom rings.
