Complimentary Shipping

Every Gilda piece is made to order and shipped from Turkey. Shipping is complimentary on every order, within Turkey and worldwide. Each parcel is fully insured and tracked.

Delivery Times

• Within Turkey: approximately 6 business days from order to delivery.
• International: approximately 12 business days from order to delivery.

These times include crafting and transit. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way. For special requests, such as combining several orders in one shipment, please write to us at hello@gildabygradiva.com after placing your order.

Customs Duties and Import Taxes

Prices include Turkish VAT. Orders delivered within Turkey carry no additional charges.

For orders delivered outside Turkey, customs duties and import taxes are set by the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer. They are usually collected by the carrier or the customs authority on delivery. As these charges vary by country, we are unable to predict them; your local customs office can advise you on the rates that apply.

Complimentary Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order, and return shipping is on us. To start a return, please email hello@gildabygradiva.com with your order number and full name before sending anything back; we will confirm your return and send you the shipping instructions.

A full refund (except for custom designs such as rings) or a merchandise credit on an eGift Card will be issued once the piece has been inspected and approved by our fine jewelry experts. After 14 days, we are no longer able to accept returns.
