Shipping Options

Gilda Fine Jewelry ships globally. We ship our products with FedEx, UPS, or DHL. Shipping is free for orders over US$ 280 / CA$ 380.

If you prefer to pick up your shipment from our downtown studio in Toronto, that's also possible. Please select the pickup option at checkout. We will notify you once your order is ready for pickup.

Delivery Time

Shipping times vary depending on the product and shipping method selected. Typically, orders are processed within 3-4 business days, and shipping takes 4-6 business days. Thus, receiving your order with standard shipping will take 7 - 10 business days. We will notify you of any shipping updates.

In addition, expedited shipping is also available at an extra cost for customers who require faster delivery. Depending on your location, this option typically takes 2-3 business days for processing and 1-3 business days for shipping. Thus, receiving your order with expedited shipping will take 4 - 6 business days. If you would like to select this option, please choose expedited shipping during checkout.

Shipping Confirmation

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped. If you have any requests, such as including several orders in one shipment, please let us know at after placing an order.

Duties and Taxes

We cover duties and taxes for shipments to the USA, Canada, Germany, the UK, and Australia. Please note that additional duties and taxes on shipments to other countries may not be listed above. Gilda has no control over these fees, and we cannot advise the costs as they vary by country.


Returns are accepted within 14 days of the receipt of your order. All returning items should be shipped to the downtown studio in Toronto, Canada.  A full refund (except for custom designs such as rings) or a merchandise credit on an eGift Card will be made once the jewelry is inspected and approved by Gilda's fine jewelry experts. After 14 days, we will no longer be able to accept returns.
